Mimosa (Tigran Mkhitaryan) is a dubstep/glitch hop/grime DJ and producer. In just one short year, Tigran Mimosa has gone from small clubs and free shows at record stores to headlining the Fillmore in Denver. Recently sharing the stage with bass sensations Benga, Skream, Rusko, Datsik, Glitch Mob, Bassnectar and Flying Lotus Mimosa takes his listeners on a new age psychedelic journey of ecstasy. His recent album, 58 Degrees, showcases his drum & bass influences while getting into a progression of a finer, more complex domain of musical composition and cross-genre remixes. A true protégé of the electronic era, Mimosa isn’t just another whomp-stomp-wobble-repeate maestro. His tracks blend drums, bass, hip-hop, dub and downtempo into one melodic collage that will have you grooving from start to finish.
